The Village is a shining jewel in a community that offers all the amenities of a first class resort and the convenience of home. If you are looking for a business opportunity, we will build and outfit your shop. We have allocated space for one of each type of shop to achieve diversity and vitality in the hub of the community.

 The La Selva style is a smart and comfortable contemporary simplistic style, designed green using many renewable resources and utilizing contemporary planning for open elegant living. With Roatan's pleasant year round temperatures, maximum use is made of the outdoors. Every room has a view and the common areas are open and flowing.

The Community

Opportunities abound at La Selva to participate in creating our vibrant and lively villages. At La Selva you will find the "Place-To-Be" destination in the Caribbean!

Our vision for shops and activities in the villages provides great opportunities for entrepreneurs, artists and businesses to join us. Our community of two villages, fine residences, recreation and resort facilities has been carefully planned so that we can offer unique opportunities and experiences at each turn.

We have excellent access just off the main road with a spectacular entry over an ornamental lake. Our main gate entrance staff will greet and direct all visitors and give a wave to the residents. The roads inside La Selva are private but visitors will find ample parking. Buses and taxis have a separate drop off and waiting area and will bring tourists from nearby resorts to visit the shops and keep our village active.

Apartments are available in the village above the shops so we can accommodate those who would like a business opportunity and a place to live. We also have apartments for sale and rent so that throughout the day and evening the village is active and lively.

We are building our villages in carefully planned phases. There is a wide variety of investment opportunities, where qualified investors can establish a business that will serve not only La Selva, but also the populated and growing areas of Roatan.
